Benefits

Fitzgerald Products offers one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.  We provide benefit choices designed to suit our associates’ needs and the needs of their families.  Below is a partial list of all the benefits we offer our full-time associates.

• Health Insurance – Single coverage Company contributes 90%.  Family coverage Company contributes 60%
• Dental & Eye – Company pays 100% employee only
• Short Term & Long Term Disability – Company pays 100%
• Life/AD&D – $50,000 life policy Company pays 100%

Supplementary Insurance is offered but the company does not contribute.

Note:  Benefits start on the employee’s 91st day of employment.
